Main performance characteristics
1. Laminator high-temperature cloth is used between low temperature - 196 ℃ and high temperature 350 ℃, with weather resistance and aging resistance. After practical application, if it is kept at 250 ℃ for 200 days, not only the strength will not be reduced, but also the weight will not be reduced; After 120 hours at 350 ℃, the weight is only reduced by about 0.6%; Under the condition of - 180 ℃ ultra-low temperature, no cracking will occur, and the original softness will be maintained.
2. Non adhesion of high temperature cloth of laminator: it is not easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; Almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin and paint can be simply removed;
3. The laminator high temperature cloth is resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
4. The high temperature cloth of the laminating machine has low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1), which is a good choice for oil-free self-lubricating.
5. The light transmittance of the high temperature fabric of the laminator is 6-13%.
6. The laminator high-temperature cloth has high insulation performance (small dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), UV protection and anti-static.
7. The high-temperature cloth of the laminating machine has good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient is less than 5 ‰) and high strength. It has good mechanical characteristics.
