1、 Steps for installing and using Teflon conveyor belt:
Those using Teflon conveyor belts are generally shipped as finished product units. Collision shall be avoided during unloading and handling, and parts deformation shall be avoided during lifting. Pay attention to the following aspects when installing and using Teflon conveyor belt.
(1) Units containing transmission parts are generally required to be packed during shipment. Avoid bumping when unpacking. The transmission parts with serious dirt shall be cleaned before installation and use of Teflon conveyor belt.
(2) After the transfer tower and silo are completed, the Teflon conveyor belt shall be installed. When the Teflon conveyor belt is used for installation, the geological parameters and drawing requirements shall be followed, and all moving parts shall move flexibly. All tensioning devices shall be properly adjusted as required.
(3) Rainproof measures shall be taken for the storage and transportation of equipment in summer to avoid direct contact between parts and rainwater.
(4) The installation of Teflon conveyor belt generally does not need to be embedded. The equipment is fixed with expansion bolts, and the height of equipment foundation can be adjusted, so there is no special requirement for the ground. The design unit shall provide the foundation announcement and foot load distribution diagram, and the civil engineering part shall construct the ground as required.
(5) Before the installation of Teflon conveyor belt, check whether the conveyor is consistent with the drawing and geological drawing parameters. When installing and using Teflon conveyor belt, draw the center line of each equipment on the ground according to the size requirements of the general drawing. This center line must be consistent with the center line of related equipment. The equipment is installed according to the line, and the foundation is fastened with expansion bolts.
(6) Adjust the elevation, straightness and levelness of each conveying surface according to the drawing requirements.
(7) Lay electrical trough (pipe).
(8) Install distribution cabinet (box), wiring, etc.
2、 Steps for commissioning and using Teflon conveyor belt:
(1) After the installation of each equipment, the Teflon conveyor belt is carefully debugged and used to meet the drawing requirements.
(2) Each reducer and moving parts shall be filled with corresponding lubricating oil.
(3) After the installation and use of Teflon conveyor belts meet the requirements, each single equipment shall be manually commissioned, and combined with the commissioning of Teflon conveyor belts to meet the action requirements.
(4) Debug the electrical part of the Teflon conveyor belt. Including the commissioning of conventional electrical wiring and actions, so that the equipment has good performance and reaches the designed function and state.
