4. The transportation speed of Teflon conveyor belt shall not be greater than 5.0 m/s. When transporting materials with large block size and wear resistance and using fixed plow type unloading device, low speed shall be adopted as far as possible. When the speed exceeds the specified speed, the service life of the tape will be affected.
5. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the layout of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission drum and the requirements for the groove angle of the idler should be reasonably selected according to the design provisions of the conveyor.
6. In order to reduce the impact and wear of materials on the disclosure, the feeding direction should follow the running direction of the tape; The drop of materials onto the tape shall be minimized; The feeding port shall be kept away from the drum or the top of the idler; The belt receiving section shall shorten the roll spacing and take buffer measures. In order to prevent the tape from being scratched, the rubber plate with proper hardness shall be used for the contact part between the retaining device, scraper cleaning device and unloading device and the tape, and the tape head with cloth layer shall not be used.
7、 Conveyor belt Pay attention to the following items in use:
A Avoid the idler from being covered by materials, which will result in sluggish rotation, prevent material leakage from being stuck between the roller and the belt, pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but do not grease the conveyor belt.
B Try to avoid starting with load.
C In case of belt deviation, measures shall be taken in time to correct it.
D If partial damage of the tape is found, it shall be repaired in time to avoid expansion.
E The tape shall not be blocked by the rack, pillar or block material to prevent it from breaking and tearing.
8. Joint strength retention rate:
(1) Mechanical method: buckle connection is equivalent to 28% - 45% of the belt strength
(2) Natural cold bonding method: bonding with cold adhesive is equivalent to 40% - 55% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself
(3) Thermal vulcanization method: mechanical thermal vulcanization bonding is equivalent to 60% - 80% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself
