Because the bottom layer of the conveyor belt is wrinkled, the contact between the conveyor belt and the roller is no longer cotton contact, but line contact. 2. The fatigue resistance is reduced.

The fatigue resistance of skeleton materials will be significantly reduced when the alternative stress of compression and tension acts on the tensile stress with only a small change, even if the change amplitude is equal.

3. The impact resistance of the conveyor belt is reduced.

The decrease of warp curvature of general canvas often means the increase of weft curvature of canvas. If the weft is in a tense state and the warp is in a relaxed state, under the impact force, the weft is forced to resist deformation, thus forcing the adjacent warp to deform, and gradually the impact resistance is transmitted outward, which is the same as the spring must be fixed in both the horizontal and vertical directions of the trampoline to have enough elasticity.
